There are very few things that I know for absolutely sure. I like to ask the questions and question the answers. One thing that I know for sure is that God (Great Spirit, Divine Creator in all it's names and forms) is consciousness and it is evolving through you…and me. It wants to express itself and become known for the highest good. We are its vessels. It is up to each of us to answer the call and rest in the place of awakenedness, knowing that nothing is permanent and that ultimately our challenge is to keep our own lights lit so we can light up the world, enlighten the collective consciousness. It is easy to go to sleep, to let the flame dwindle, let the dark shadows overcome the light. Find another ray of light and stay lit. Glow. Radiate like ten thousand suns. Even a tiny bit of light casts out the darkness. Let your light shine. Light the other lights, gently with love and understanding and compassion. I sometimes feel closest to the divine presence in my darkest hours; It is then that I seek the light the most. I pray that I may be healed so that I can help heal others. I pray that my life is abundant and rich so that I can share that abundance and richness with others. Sometimes it is lonely when we stand in the truth of our own being, but their is a plan, rest assured, the divine has a plan , it is so we will stay lit and help light the others.

I am a yoga instructor and spiritual seeker.   I strive to evolve the collective consciousness by continually evolving myself.  I love nature and the outdoors and can usually be found at the beach or out in the forest.  I am an entrepeneur having started a corporate yoga teaching service, brownbagyoga.com based in Sonoma County, California.  I welcome friends for stimulating conversations and tasty tidbits of shared knowledge.
